Porridge with Persimmon

Preparing porridge oats does not have to be unpleasant. Oatmeal or porridge sometimes is known to have the same flavor, and the same fruits (bananas, kiwis, red fruits, etc). These porridge recipe, will prove you otherwise.

They are very easy to prepare, they have an incredible flavor and a very nice sweet. Just place the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. So simple, so you can prepare early in the morning.

  • 80g
    Oat, flakes
  • 80ml
  • 80ml
    Dairy free milk
  • 1
    Persimmon, ripe
  • Goji berries, to taste
  • Date syrup, agave nectar or rice syrup, to taste (optional)

  1. In a bowl of the hand blender put oats, water and dairy free milk.
  2. Mix well with the hand blender until it is smooth.
  3. Add the persimmon and mix until completely homogeneous.
  4. Pour in the bowls and add some goji berries and syrup (if used).
  1. In the Thermomix cup put the oats, water, dairy free milk and the persimmon, set 15 sec | speed 5
  2. Pour in the bowls and add some goji berries and syrup (if used).
